Celebrating the first Concepts x Lacoste collaboration, our creative team provided a unique way to combine Lacoste’s elevated style and tennis heritage with Concepts’ street cred. Inspired by the August 1923 “Boston Evening Transcript” journalist who first nicknamed Rene Lacoste “The Alligator”, we created a connection between the old and new, highlighting how Rene’s spirit, still influences today’s style and culture. We wanted this first collaboration to feel authentic and respectful to both brands’ values, allowing us to set the path for a long term relationship through this new influential partnership.
